Foreclosure / Part Payment Charges Post completion of lock in period of 12 months from date of disbursement, the facility shall attract foreclosure charges (on outstanding amount) and part payment charge (on amount pre-paid) of 4% plus applicable GST. No foreclosure / part-payment allowed in first 12 months of loan set up

No foreclosure / part payment charges applicable on floating rate loans to individuals for personal use (where borrower is individual, with or without co-applicant)
Penal Charges for Cheque / ECS / NACH / SI bouncing ₹ 550 plus applicable tax
Penal Charges on default payment 24% per annum plus applicable taxes
Penal Charges for non-submission of documents INR 10,000 + applicable taxes per quarter
